You know what ticks me off? Textspeak.

You know who uses textspeak to the point that her messages are incomprehensible? My mom.

Mikey's Mom doesn't textspeak, she textgrunts....

It makes me deeply happy that $Oldest and her friends loathe textspeak. They all insist on proper grammar and punctuation as a mark of their independence from the fashionable crowd.

Your MOTHER uses textspeak? Wow. It's not the kind of thing that I'd think would appeal to people over 50. I guess maybe it's easier to type, for those with arthritis or other mobility problems?
