Actually, it'd be more along the lines of something like:

"Oh I've got the cure for that...IN MY PANTS!"

Also, I'd flinch and go "ewww" when faced with vaginas that actually required medical attention so...probably a poor career move for me.

Its all a matter of inside and outside voice. The problem is how that barrier gets very thin when sleep deprived. I'd write more, but could risk my career. ;)
