Three good things:
1.) The Coffeehouse on WERS is playing acoustic-only music like it's supposed to.
2.) My copy of Attack Vector Tactical came in yesterday. Now, I just need to trick someone into playing it. Newtonian physics space combat!
3.) Issue 10 of Critical Miss is out!!!

Date: 2006-02-16 06:11 pm (UTC)On my tentative read-though....it's probably a lot easier than Star Fleet Battles. So if you've played that, this is a snap. Part of this is because every ship works the same way and has the same types of systems. So it's not like you're a Fed player who suddenly has to fight the Andromedans and are like "aw, man, how do those PA panels work again?"
On the downside there isn't nearly as much variety in the ship designs. Still, I feel like the game will be a lot of fun
As for Critial Miss, he stopped doing it for a few years, but he's back at it again. His review of Dog Town alone is pretty much worth the price of admission....which is free.
