Did you know Ensign Ro is playing Miranda Zero??

So that was her. Okay. The voice and basic facial structure were familiar, but it hadn't finally clicked as, "...Ensign Ro?" until much later, and IMDb hadn't had anything to say either way. Anyway, I think she does a pretty good job.

I watched it last night. The Freaky Thing for the ep is a variant on the first issue of the comic. Overall, I was pleased enough that I'll pretty readily try to catch eps of it should it make it to end up an ongoing series (is it known whether it will be or not? I hadn't really been keeping track).

As far as I know it didn't get picked up. I'm hoping to be wrong, though, or that it gets picked up for mid-season..

One of the production people basically said that it was dropped because it was being evaluated at a time when the network changed presidents.
