Hi,
So my friend Sarah Sloane is teaching a class on polyamory at Good Vibes next week. A class on this topic seems a bit redundant given my readership, but for those who are interested:
Polyamory – The Basics and Beyond with Sarah Sloane
When - Tue, October 6, 8pm – 10pm
Where - Good Vibrations Brookline, 308-A Harvard Street (enter from
rear park/ing lot), Brookline, MA 02446
$20 if pre-registered, $25 for drop-ins
Now that polyamory is an ‘official’ word (thank you, Merriam Webster!), you all know what it means, right? Right? Oh… well, maybe not. Polyamory (’many loves’) is basically defined as consensual non-monogamy, but it crosses a wide spectrum of practices and is involved in such a wide variety of relationship styles that the definition is rather confusing. Sarah Sloane is here to help you explore some of the possibilities for open relationships, how to make them work, overcoming common pitfalls, and more. If you’ve been curious about polyamory, or if you’ve tried it and want to discover some tips for navigating them, this workshop is for you! For more information about Sarah, please visit sarahsloane.wordpress.com.
