Irritatingly, there isn't a copy to be had at the only big bookstore in Bangor. They say the printing sold out. I have to say I felt a certain stuffy, patrician annoyance at being surrounded by giant heaps of Lesser Works (I'm looking at you, latest Tom Clancy novel) and being told that there hadn't been enough copies of a work as significant as this one produced. I damn near went into Sam the Eagle mode right there in the store. :)
