Personally, I think that Zelazny's strength is his short stories. He's good as a novelist but his shorts are so much better. If you're not up for the huge NESFA Press publishing from last year (six massive volumes of nearly all of his short stories, essays, etc), try to find a copy of "The Last Defender of Camelot" and "Unicorn Variations".
