I'm gonna build me a glider:

Apparently you can launch it off a towline. So find a long, unobstructed stretch of freeway and I could be darting amongst the towers of downtown Boston!

The plans are just plans, they aren't guides for building the things. I don't have any of the necessary tools or space to build the thing nor do I have much in the way of shop skills other than a mandatory semester in high school. It seems unlikely.
