Do you agree that the Saudi and Russian fields have probably peaked?

Well, we can't know for sure until after it's happened, but I'm betting the Saudi's are getting close. The Russian picture is a lot less clear. I'm not sure what their starting reserves were, how hard they've been working them, etc. etc. They may be in somewhat better shape. I think they may wind up being part of the last oil producing block.

Thanks for posting this. Yesterday I heard part of an interview of the author of this article on NPR's "on point with tom ashbrook." The interview was the best account of the problems in Nigeria that I have encountered yet.
