Hi,

No time to write.

Here's the short version.

I've been shot. Twice.

Each time I've been shot into a fast-flowing river that plunges over a waterfall.

The second time I went over the falls.

Feather fall landed me safely on a ledge near some stairs back up to the top.

I ran back upstairs to find a pair of ogres pounding us into snot.

My brilliant plan to dispose of the ogres hinged on me actually casting a spell. Since that seems to be impossible for some reason, I'm now wet, cold, tired and about to become a smear on the cavern floor.

It was just gettin' a bit too grim

Hey,

I'm really enjoying Batman: The Brave and the Bold on cartoon network. It really makes being a superhero seem fun again.

Also, I really like how both Batman and Green Arrow basically have roughly the same schtick (rich guys who fight crime with lots of themed gadgets), but they express it in entirely different ways. A fun pseudo-thesis on class, privilege and super-heroism there.
