Hi,

( In which Adjo feels a certain kinship with the mighty whale. Also, we skip over some boring stuff. )

[NOTES: At one point, 4 of the 5 PCs present were unconscious and making death saves. It was the closest we've come to a TPK since I've started gaming with this group. It's also the first time I've seen anyone get a 20 on their death save and rally from unconsciousness.

Quite frankly, Adjo should've bit it. After he went unconscious, the skeletal bodyguard stepped up to administer the coup de grace. I was down far enough that he was certain to finish me off. He rolled a 1. Then Alanna got her consecrated ground in position which got me on my feet (well, woke me up to try and thunderwave them back and crawl pitifully about to stay in the consecrated ground). Obviously god loves an asshole.]

Hey,

Go to Google Maps and look up "Prudential Towers Boston MA".

It brings up a map of downtown Boston.

Zoom in.

Keep zooming in.

That's it, keep going.

Notice something odd? There are wireframes of all the buildings in downtown Boston so at the highest zoom levels it's like you're sitting over a virtual model of the city.

Same is true for San Francisco and Portland OR, probably a number of other large metro areas.

Looks like they're slowly growing that out like they did with street view.
