So here's some video from a Battlestar Galactica LARP that ran in Sweeden earlier this year. The game was hosted on-board a naval destroyer:

Man...boffer swords just don't cut it anymore. I wonder how they funded that?

It was a pay-to-play event, where "pay" ran from about $350 to $550 depending on the character and equipment (props, clothing, uniforms) provided.
