The sound of silence

Hey,

So here's a post discussing the mammalian evolution of ears. What's interesting is what it says about reptilian hearing. Apparently the job of the small bones in your ear get done by jaw bones in reptiles. The article suggests that reptiles can't work their jaws and hear at the same time.

I have this crazy D&D adventure in mind now where you have to sneak past a snacking dragon.
