If you're an Evil Overlord in the Dragon Age 2 game...
...might I suggest that you develop a nasty blood-borne pathogen and infect your own troops with it?
Playing through the demo last night, the heroes looked like Jackson Pollock blew up on them. So the minions aren't terribly effective and that's why I'd go with bio-warfare.

Either:
a.) Develop a pathogen that only affects humans and not your orcs.
b.) If your guys can't beat the heroes to begin with, then you want them to be extra-squishy so that the heroes have a better chance to get infected.

I liked Dragon Age: Origins, but the main villain's motivation never made any sense to me, and I thought The Witcher was a better game in every area except the romances. But if DA2 is going to be significantly worse than DA1 ... I dunno. I haven't canceled my pre-order yet.
