For the most part, I prefer Summer to Fall

...but I gotta say, the best part about the Fall is the fact that Honeycrisp apples come into season.

In case you missed it -- Honeycrisp Apples are the Platonic Ideal of an apple. Yes, they cost like $4/lb. and theres about 2-3 apples per pound, but don't skimp. Go down to Whole Foods, get one and then go eat it. First bite you'll think "It's pure apple bliss!".

Just an FYI, Verrill Farm in Concord has Honeycrisp apples. They were on the last order form I got from them at the restaurant. Don't know how much but they have to be cheaper than Whole Foods and they are definitely local.
