Please stop the roller-coaster
Hey,
So earlier this week my dad went into surgery to get a tumor removed.
The surgery went really well and there's hope that a mis-diagnosis means the tumor is actually benign (we'll know more tomorrow). Even if it's not, the prognosis is much, much better than initial reports would've suggested.
So things are looking up.
Today I got laid off from my job.
so...yeah...
Tom

I still recomend applying through standard means so your resume is in the system should said company be interested but it has proven to fasttrack the process when it works.

Any day you get laid off is a bad day. Any day a relative is shown not to have cancer after all is a good day. Sheesh. How do you reconcile a day like THAT?
*hug*
