So when Donald Rumsfeld was Secretary of Defense and running the Iraq war and stuff, he'd send the president a daily intelligence briefing. Apparently, in an effort to "reach" the president, he'd put a pithy biblical saying on the cover of the report.

No, seriously, that's what he did.
