Friend of ours who got us into this house-hunting deal in the first place. She's an experienced realator and ours couldn't be with us today so she stood in.

Excellent. Always good to have an informed and friendly outsider's opinion to help out. When we had some issues with our realtor we got a similar kind of input from the mother of one of our kids' classmates whom Michelle had met at school parent functions.
