Yeah, I used to hand-craft the whole deal, but now I've got a hundred 3x5 cards with stats. And it's a whole lot easier to start adding numbers to attack bonuses and hit points than it is to crank out new baddies whole-cloth...
And yes, dragons are fairly time-intensive. 'Cuz what cantrips does a CR 21 spellcasting badass monster =really= need?
