Lookin' out my back door
Hey,
Our landlord is great. She's sent contractors around to fix up our back deck. More importantly, they're going to fix up the steps on the back deck. The treacherous, slippery, falling out wooden steps. I'm very happy.
Also, the contractors don't appear to be from Headbutting Monkey Co.
