Hey,
On the plane ride I blew through Roughing It by Mark Twain.
Frankly, his preface gives a better review than I could:
"It is a record of sevearl years of variegated vagabondizing and its object is rather to help the resting reader while away an idle hour than afflict him with metaphysics or goad him with science."
And that's pretty much what it boils down to.
Mark Twain = My Hero
