There's a program called VASSAL (see a previous post for the link) which is basically a computerized gaming table. You can put down modules, pieces, cards, charts, does die rolls -- everything is there to play a game with someone (or solo) except for the rules. It's designed to let you play complicated wargames with people without all the fiddly counters and stuff.

VASL is the ASL module for VASSAL. You need a separate module for everything.

I'm not actually playing ASL, I'm using the ASL Starter Kit which is a stripped down version of ASL designed to help ease people into the game. It's actually a pretty good product on it's own and I'm looking forward to Starter Kit #2 which introduces artillery to the mix.

Anyway, the scnearios I'm playing come out of there so it's unlikely to be anything you've ever seen.
